Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry
4/5 artichokes
400 g stracchino chees
20 g grated Trentingrana chees
1 egg yolk
1 lemon
10 hazelnuts
1 clove of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper

Preparation:
Clean the artichokes, cut them into thin slices and place in a bowl with water and the juice of a lemon. Then drain them and have them in a saute pan with oil and garlic for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Mix in a bowl soft cheese, Parmesan cheese and artichokes. Unroll the puff pastry, fill with the mixture of artichokes and wrap it like a strudel, making sure to close the edges well. Brush the top of the pie with egg yolk and sprinkle with coarsely chopped hazelnuts. Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
