ROTARI FLAVIO

Trentodoc

King Rotari assumed the honorary title of "Flavio" to recall imperial Roman and Byzantine prestige. Rotari Flavio is therefore the most prestigious expression given to the style of Rotari spumante and enology. It is Trentodoc excellence at its best.A reserve made exclusively with grapes picked and selected by hand from our vineyards in the best suited growing areas on the hilly slopes along the Valle Dell'Adige North of Trento. Made with Chardonnay grapes only and left to rest on its lees for at least 60 months. A full bodied Brut with hints of intense and persistent aromas and an extremely sophisticated perlage. Scents of citrus fruits, apricot and yellow peach with a hint of hazelnut, yeast and honey aromas. Ideal to serve throughout the meal, going particularly well with important fish and shell fish dishes, cheeses and succulent second courses of white meat dishes.
