A vintage made from only Chardonnay grapes with second fermentation on its lees for at least 48 months. Extra Brut boasting an elegant and homogeneous perlage. Fragrances of golden apple, pineapple, breadcrusts and dry fruit. It has an intense,well balanced and persistent taste with a dry and mineral style. Suitable throughout the whole meal, particularly raw seafood and also risottos and main meat courses.
