ROTARI CUVÉE 28 ROSÉ

The careful vinification according to the rigorous Trentodoc/Metodo Classico production process enhances the ample aromas and the elegant intensity of Chardonnay as well as aromatic notes and rich structure of the Pinot Nor. It rests on its lees for more than 28 months.

Soft Pink in colour, Rotari Cuvée 28+ Rosé shows an elegant body and extreme subtlety. The fruity bouquet goes from wild strawberries, currant to grape stems. Its flavor is fresh, fragrant, intense with hints of yeast and spices. The perlage is delicate and persistent.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is recommended with fish dishes.

Store horizontally in a cool place avoiding prolonged exposure to light.
