Characteristics
Soft pink in colour, Rotari Cuvée 28 Rosé shows an elegant body and extreme subtlety. The fruity bouquet goes from wild strawberries and red currants. Its flavor is fresh, fragrant, intense with hints of yeast and spices. The perlage is delicate and persistent.
