This pure Chardonnay offers fresh aromas of ripe yellow fruits combined with a scent of hazelnut and almond with sweet hints of vanilla. Body and acidity are perfectly balanced with a pleasant freshness and a mineral aftertaste.

Vinification
The careful vinification according to the rigorous “Metodo Classico” production process, enhances the ample aromas and elegant intensity of Chardonnay. With a long refinement on the lees, the varietal purity of Chardonnay allows for perfect development in the bottle. Rotari Cuvèe 28 maintains the crisp clean flavor of the grapes as well as those aromas coming from the ageing process.
