The Rotari vineyards
The high altitude breezes, strong temperature range, the minerality of the mountains to the north and the Mediterranean influences of Lake Garda to the south define a unique environment for the cultivation of the grapes that form the basis of Rotari Trentodoc sparkling wines: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The natural gifts bestowed on this unique environment are perfectly enhanced by the use of the Trentino pergola, which gives a harmonious and unmistakable appearance to the estate vineyards and allows to obtain excellent acidity and structure in the base wines. This is how the elegance and refinement of Rotari Trentodoc sparkling wines flourish.
Rotari and sustainability
The vineyards are cultivated with care and attention on a daily basis, right down to the selection and manual harvesting of the grapes; the wine cellar is designed to show respect for its environment, following the criteria of bio-architecture and energy efficiency in balance with the mountains and the vineyards in the valley. Rotari's sustainability is a fundamental way of being which is visible as far as the eye can see, as you gaze out across the land, peeking under the Trentino pergolas or contemplating the suggestive 'wave' roof that evokes its natural pattern.
